Rio Vista Farm is known as the Leading English Riding Barn in Austin, Texas. Established in 1995, our large covered arena, outdoor arena, and grass field are unmatched by other Austin facilities. Campers are assigned their own horse for the week. Campers learn to be responsible for the daily care, grooming, and well being of “their horse”. Barn lessons include veterinary care, safety, grooming, and horse show preparation. Games, activities, and arts & crafts are all about horses. Camp closes with a special camp horse show, with all campers competing and receiving ribbons, along with a presentation of special awards earned throughout the week.
