FM Wrestling Club Home of the Bolts! Where life skills are taught through the sport of wrestling. At FM, we mentor young athletes to develop invaluable qualities i.e. leadership, discipline, hard work, persistence, & determination. Lead by coaches with collegiate and national level experience, our program teaches essential wrestling concepts: hand fighting & self-defense, proper stance & footwork, set ups & takedowns, escapes, throws & pins.
