Waldorf Summer Camp

Join us for a thrilling week of facing your fears at our summer camp! We will provide a safe and supportive environment for campers to push their boundaries and challenge themselves to overcome their fears.

Campers will merge art with modern technology, creating digital art, engaging in video production, and experimenting with electronic music creation. Our software tools will help them bring their imaginative ideas to life, while learning about graphic design and digital storytelling.

Campers will design, build, and program robots using kits like LEGO Mindstorms and VEX Robotics. This week emphasizes teamwork and logical thinking as campers navigate challenges that teach the basics of robotics and automation.

From exploring geological formations on Earth to navigating the vast expanse of space, campers will learn about planets, stars, and other celestial phenomena through telescopes and virtual reality experiences. This week also includes crafting model rockets and learning about the solar system's structure.

This delicious week combines culinary arts with scientific inquiry. Kids will experiment with recipes to understand how ingredients interact, explore the physics of cooking methods, and even delve into the biology of taste buds.

A hands-on approach to learning engineering concepts using LEGO, K'NEX, and everyday materials. Projects include building bridges, designing simple machines, and constructing energy-efficient models, which teach problem-solving and engineering design principles.

Introducing the basics of computer programming through interactive and engaging coding platforms tailored for kids. Campers will work on projects like creating simple video games, designing animated stories, and understanding the logic behind programming.

Campers will explore a wide range of artistic techniques including watercolors, clay sculpting, and recycled art. This week emphasizes creativity and expression, allowing each child to create their own unique art pieces and participate in a group mural project.

Young explorers will immerse themselves in the natural world, conducting field experiments and learning about ecosystems. Activities include plant identification, animal tracking, and understanding weather phenomena through fun, hands-on science projects.
