Super Summer is an engaging enrichment summer day camp for children entering K-8th. Camp starts at noon with lunch and continues until 4:30pm each day Monday-Thursday for 8 weeks with activities such as team competitions, bike-riding, art, theme-based reading, math and social studies, scavenger hunts, sports, electives--like jewelry-making, computer programming, sewing, skateboarding, music, cooking and more-- and ~3 field trips per week including swimming, hiking, canoeing, fishing and other adventures! Children are also taught values of Christ including loving their neighbor, choosing peace and being patient, to name a few, and they learn how to restore and reconcile after they've made a wrong choice. The camp is free and open to all and everything--t-shirt, lunch, snack, field trips, etc.--is included.
