The Richmond Moy Yat Kung Fu Academy has been teaching Ving Tsun (wing chun) Kung Fu to young people since 1990. The Ving Tsun system was designed to enable every person to defend themselves, regardless of size or strength. Wing Chun Kung Fu training methods are safe for adults and children, minimizing the risk of injury to participants, and all classes are led by qualified instructors. In addition to self-defense, good character habits are also trained, such as focused attention, discipline and respect.
