PCF Pearl City Foundation (PCF) is a grassroots non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose purpose is to strengthen and enrich the Pearl City community by providing wholesome, family-oriented programs and events. PCF was founded in 2000 by concerned community leaders who shared a vision to develop an underutilized Momilani Community Center into the center of the community. PCF acquired the Momilani Community Center from a now-defunct private homeowners association and now owns and operates the Momilani Community Center for the benefit of the public. Momilani Community Center is located in the heart of Pearl Citys residential area on a two-acre property that consists of a unique open-air pavilion, kitchen, swimming pool, and a large park where children play, families picnic, and family events are held.
