NoVa Ninja was founded in 2015 by two-time American Ninja Warrior competitor Casey Passafaro. NoVa Ninja specializes in training athletes who want to compete on American Ninja Warrior, American Ninja Warrior JR, and/or Obstacle Course Races [OCR] such as Tough Mudder, Savage Race, and more. Both locations offer a full-scale American Ninja Warrior and OCR training facility for kids & adults who want to experience the thrill of tackling the obstacles they see on the TV show. NoVa Ninja features many ANW obstacle replicas straight from the show. At NoVa Ninja, we make fitness fun. Staying fit through play and challenging the body and mind to overcome an ever-changing assortment of challenges is our focus. Building strength, coordination, confidence, and mental toughness is our goal. Whether you want to train competitively or experience what it is like to be a ninja warrior one time, NoVa Ninja has a variety of options.
