MIKU, which means beautiful moment, offers an exquisite menu inspired by traditional Japanese cuisine and accommodates vegan and gluten-free diets. The modern style restaurant opened in the heart of Greenwich during the spring of 2019 with great reviews. Patrons have the option of booth, table and bar seating in a chic atmosphere. The restaurant is open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and offers on-site catering. Seasonal menus, guest chef appearances, and exclusive whiskey and sake tastings are set to begin rolling out in the fall.
