Haydens Gymnastics (HIGA) has been training Champions for Life in the sport of gymnastics since 1994. A Champion for Life is someone who is positive, caring and focuses on the bigger picture. Here at HIGA we strive to be and to teach just that. You might be surprised that gymnastics is one of the most comprehensive lifestyle exercise programs. It is an excellent vehicle in which anyone can develop the concepts of discipline and commitment, while expanding their physical potential. Our coaches and staff help students develop an (I Can) attitude through lessons that teach not only physical, but also mental flexibility. All of our programs are developed with overall well-being in mind. Come in, discover new friends, and see how much we have to offer you and your child.
