The North Natomas Youth Workforce Development Program (NNWDP) is a six-week, paid work-based learning program designed for in school youth ages 1318 living in specific apartment complexes in the North Natomas area. This engaging program equips participants with essential life and workforce skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and financial literacy. The program emphasizes interactive, hands-on activities and real-world applications, encouraging personal and professional growth.
