Camp Vega, nestled in the Belgrade Lakes Region of Maine, has been a summer haven for girls since 1936. Each year, we welcome 300 girls, ages 7 to 15, to a community that fosters growth, self-discovery, and lifelong friendships. Through adventure, teamwork, and gratitude, Vega inspires campers to be their authentic selvesa reason why over 95% of campers return to beautiful Echo Lake each summer. Our 300+ acre campus and two miles of pristine lakefront set the stage for transformative summers. Campers engage in a balance of structured activities and personal choice, guided by the Vega Values: self-belief, unity, empathy, gratitude, and integrity. Vega helps girls develop confidence, friendships, and skills to succeed in life beyond camp.
