Camp Kingswood

104 Wildwood Rd Bridgton, ME 4009

For over 110 years, campers have called Camp Kingswood their second home. Nestled in the pristine lake region of Maine, at the base of the White Mountains, our rustic waterfront setting is the ideal backdrop for 2nd through 11th graders to enjoy an unplugged, authentic Jewish overnight camp experience filled with fun, growth, and adventure. At Kingswood, campers can grow into the best version of themselves in our warm and accepting community – a place where they gain confidence, resilience, and lifelong friendships, with the support and guidance of our amazing camp staff. Our units are intentionally designed to meet the unique developmental needs of each age group, with new opportunities, meaningful rites of passage, and exciting programs introduced along the way. Each day offers a balance of bunk activities and individual choice, providing campers with opportunities to try everything, while specializing in and developing new skills in the activities they love most. With over 35 activities to choose from, there is something for everyone! Campers look forward to creative unit programs, Shabbat, Color War, trips, and other camp-wide events, where kids can feel the excitement and ruach (spirit) of the Kingswood community being all together. When you talk about “camp magic,” it’s all about our staff. The Camp Kingswood staff are loving, fun, and energetic. They work tirelessly to create a vibrant and exciting community rooted in Jewish values, and they model for our campers what it means to be confident, caring, and compassionate. There's something truly special about Camp Kingswood; there's no place quite like it. We're just as passionate about fostering personal growth as we are about delivering awe-inspiring excitement and fun. Our core values – courage, community, responsibility, and spirit – are woven into everything we do. Whether you're joining us for your first summer at age 7 or 16, you and your family become part of the Camp Kingswood community for life.
