The California Native Garden Foundation (CNGF) envisions a world where children have access to nature, people grow their own food locally, and there is a reciprocal balance between human activity and natural ecology. CNGF hosts youth programs called Earth Heroes in their outdoor classroom, ELSEE (Environmental Laboratory for Sustainability and Ecological Education).
