Disc Golf Camp (Ages: 8-13)

Refine your sports skills and have fun at Y Ultimate Frisbee Camp! Each day campers in Ultimate Frisbee will go through skills training (passing, throwing, catching, defense/positions) and team conditioning (Running/Sprints) with the goal of building confidence as an athlete and individual. Each day we will have a word of the day devotion during snack time such as Respect, Honesty, Caring, Responsibility, and Teamwork. Our camp is for kids of all skill levels. Campers will be split into groups according to age and/or ability and all groups will develop skills throughout the week and will participate in an end of the week intersquad scrimmage amongst campers!
